Cooking is all about creativity and trying out news things. #WakeUpNigeria’s Chef Miyonse Amosu and Tolu Samiya proved this with a wide range of kitchen adventure this week.

On Monday, Chef Miyonse made some crunchy Banana Bread Pancakes with the use of Dano milk and coco pops giving it a crunchy natural goodness feeling. Ingredients included: milk, vanilla essence, eggs, vegetable oil or butter, banana, flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, salt. (See more)
Tolu food and lifestyle in the company of Emem on Tuesday, prepared the delicious ‘Banana Bread and Crème a la pap’ using Banana, lemon juice, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, white sugar, butter, vanilla extract & milk.
Wednesday was hot and spicy as Chef Miyonse surprisingly used goat meat to prepare noodles. For a healthy meal, Miyonse adviced viewers to try the ‘Spicy goat meat noodles pepper soup’which had ingredients like garlic, ginger, spring onion and more. (See procedure)
You would definitely want to tag Thursday’s recipe #HealthThursdayFries. The ‘Crusty Chicken and Honey Baked Potatoes’ was an amazing recipe. The soft chicken was seasoned with flour, black pepper and pringles, after which it was fried with the healthy power oil which has no cholesterol. (See more)
Tolu food and lifestyle who was in the company of Mike mesikenor had something different cooking for breakfast on friday. Tolu walked us through the process of making the yummy ‘Apple pie’.
She noted that when it comes to baking or cooking, you are the master of your recipe. The following ingredients where used; Flour Cinnamon, Brown sugar, Flour for dusting, Some table spoon of water, nut meg, egg and diced apple.
