Making something healthy for breakfast on #WakeUpNigeria this morning, Tolu prepared ‘Baked Oat bits’.

The ingredients;

  1. Oat
  2. Banana
  3. Apple
  4. Egg
  5. Vanilla extract
  6. Milk
  7. Brown sugar
  8. Cinnamon
  9. Coconut
  10. Honey
  11. Almond nuts

Procedures;

  1. Put some Oat in a sauce pan
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients with the Oat. i.e almond nut, chopped apple, coconut and Cinnamon
  3. Add the mashed banana and a few sliced banana
  4. Add honey or brown sugar to give it some taste
  5. Add the vanilla flavour or any preferred flavour
  6. Add small quantity of eggs and large quantity of milk.
  7. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes so it can absorb all the moisture
  8. Put it into the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes in 350 degrees.

While making the sumptuous breakfast, she said;
