Looking for a simple and delight some recipe? Look no further. Chef Miyonse was on #WakeUpNigeria showing steps in preparing ‘Mashed beans and Seafood pepper sauce’.

Making this food was quite simple and quick provided the beans has be precooked. Below are the ingredients used:

  • Beans
  • Smoked Titus fish
  • Tomatoes
  • Shrimps
  • Vegetable oil
  • Palm oil
  • Onions
  • Seasoning cubes
  • Plantain
  • Salt and
  • Habanero.

The procedure:

  •  Cook the beans with onions and salt till it gets soft and mash to your preference.
  •  Put some palm oil in a hot dry pan and bleach for some minutes.
  •  Add little vegetable oil to the palm oil
  •  Put your already chopped onions,tomatoes and pepper{Habanero}
  •  Add seasoning cubes and salt
  •   finally add shrimps and the smoked Titus fish.

Chef Miyonse noted that adding these (Titus fish & shrimps) is the reason why it is called seafood.

  •   Wait for some minutes till its done.
  •  Fry your plantain which serves as a side attraction. You can actually use bread or anything you prefer.
