#WakeUpNigeria: Yummy pancake burger for breakfast

To enjoy breakfast, you can replicate burger by expanding your recipe with ingredients for making pancakes. All you need to do is follow the procedure using the ingredients given by Chef Miyonse.


  • Baking powder
  • Flour
  • Milk
  • Sugar
  • Mince beef
  • Eggs
  • Onion and garlic flavour
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Bread crumbs

Directions: To make the burger patty

  • Put ground beef/mince beef in a bowl
  • Break an egg in it to give it a good consistency
  • Add bread crump
  • Add black pepper, onion and garlic powder and a bit of salt.
  • Mix it thoroughly
  • Cut in a sizable amount and fry it with very little hot oil.
  • In the process of frying, place the cheddar cheese on the patty to melt on it.

To make the pancake batter

  • In a bowl, put flour, baking powder, salt, little sugar, and break an egg into it.
  • Mix well,adding milk bit by bit till it’s thick enough.
    Chef Miyonse instructed that the batter has to thick not watery.
  • Serve as preferred.
