While considering an healthy meal, how about you try a ‘Lettuce burger wrap’? Chef Tolu advised on #WakeUpNigeria. The meal which is packed with flavours and highly proteinous, can be executed with the following ingredients;

Lettuce, fresh tomatoes, ceddar cheese,bacon,burger beef,eggs and toothpick.

 

Procedure;

  • Fry the burger beef.
  • Fry the bacon. (Bacon is a meat product prepared from cured pork. It is first cured using large quantities of salt, either a brine or a dry packing)
  • Fry the egg like a sunny side up.
  • When the burger beefs are fried a bit,place the ceddar cheese on them and cover the frying pan for it to melt.
  • Flatten the lettuce on a plate.
  • Add the fried beef burger
  • Add the fried bacon.
  • Add the fried egg
  • Add the sliced fresh tomatoes for garnishing.
  • Then wrap and hold with toothpick.
