Nigerian song writer and performer, Johnson Emmanuel popularly known as Dammy Krane reveals why he follows no one on Instagram and why he does not fancy social media which some people consider as pride.

The 23 years old Afro pop singer while speaking with Mike Mesikenor on WakeUpNigeria explained that he believes the relationship and love shown on social media is fake. His words were:

“I have decided not to know some people. I don’t follow anyone on Instagram, I can’t follow anyone and I can’t learn from everyone. I follow some people physically like 2Face, but it’s not a social media relationship that is fake with fake love.”

Dammy Krane who was in a recently linked to a fraud scandal in Miami, revaled that his latest songs tell the story.

“My life is about my music and my fans which is evident in the release of my music video ‘Prayer’, also adding that a new video ‘catch feelings’ will be released today before 3 pm and there is a video journal on his 20 hours jail term in anticipation.

Inclusively, Dammy Krane sees himself as a legend and revealed that 2Face had earlier told him that he would find himself in different scandals just as he, (2face) had been linked with different scandals.

“2Face signed me 4 years ago and he told me: ‘I signed you because I see myself in you. Just as I had my scandal, you will have yours and you will be good for it’. Other people also talked about scandals and their words came resounding while I was in jail.

Every year I make a classic like 2Face, and I will still sing my songs in 10-20 years time like 2Face’s songs. My songs ‘Amin’, ‘Falila’, ‘Prayer’, ‘catch feelings’ and so on, are classics. I am just 23 years and even LIl Kesh is older than me ,but everyone talks about me everyday.”

Talking about his latest Video ‘Prayer’, he noted that he wrote the song while in jail.

“I wrote ‘prayer’ in jail and I recorded it a day after I left jail. I don’t write on paper, I have a very good memory. What I did in jail was read my bible and the prayer book”
