MultiChoice, the operators of DSTV, has thrown off Caitlyn Jenner's  reality television show "I'm Cait" from E! Entertainment schedule in Nigeria. According to MultiChoice, the decision to pull down the show follows instruction from the regulatory body, National Broadcasting Commission (NBC), after most Nigerians described the show as totally 'unfit for kids.' "I'm Cait" is a reality series which focuses on the 65-year-old Caitlyn Jenner, and her personal journey as a transgender. "I Am Cait" was officially announced during her interview with Diane Sawyer, which marked the onetime Olympian's public acknowledgment of her decision to transition to a woman. Bishop Desmond Tutu’s daughter quits priesthood after Her gay marriage

The daughter of Nobel laureate Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu of South Africa has given up her clergy credentials after marrying a Dutch woman. The Rev. Mpho Tutu told the local media that since her church did not recognize her wedding, she could no longer serve in the country. Senate uncovers unremitted N447bn in waivers scam

The Nigerian Senate has uncovered how major companies granted concessions and waivers failed to remit 447 billion naira into the federation account between 2011 to 2015 and have now directed the Federal Government to immediately recover the unremitted funds. This was revealed during the consideration of the report of the Senate Adhoc Committee on Import Duty Waivers, Concession and Grants chaired by Senator Adamu Aleiro The report lamented large scale revenue leakages that robbed government of huge monies that would have been used for infrastructural development and social services.
