Ondo APC Primaries: Protesters call for Oyegun’s sack
Hundreds of members of the All Progressives Congress in Ondo state have lent their voice to the call for the sack of the NationalChairman of the party, John Odigwe Oyegun.
The protesters who were armed with placards with various inscriptions, marched through major streets of Akure.
They said Oyegun must go for overruling the recommendations of the national working committee of the party which ordered for a fresh primary election.
They want the party leadership to endorse Segun Abraham as the APC standard bearer of the party since he was not involved in any manipulation.
Speaking on behalf of the protesters, Enas Mohammed, said Oyegun is not a blessing to the party because he lacks electoral value.
