Ondo AD raises alarm on plans to implicate Oke
The Olusola Oke campaign Organisation in Ondo state has raised the alarm over plan by the ruling Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) and the All Progressives Congress (APC) to frame up the Governorship Candidate of the Alliance Democracy (AD), Olusola Oke over allegation of financial impropriety.
The Director-General of the campaign organisation , Bola Ilori made the allegation at a news conference in Akure, the state capital.
Ilori alleged that both PDP and APC are planning to implicate Oke through frivolous allegations because of his rising and intimidating profile.
He noted that no amount of intimidation and harassment by the PDP and APC will prevent Oke from wining the forthcoming governorship poll in the state.
The DG also cleared the air on the recent move of some supporters of Senator Boroffice to Rotimi Akeredolu’s campaign, saying majority of the politicians in Boroffice camp have pitched their tents with the Alliance for Democracy.
