children, Sherifat Bello on February 13th.
News says, Sakiru told the police that he never intended to kill his ex-wife. “I called her on February 13th and she came to see me at home. Later, both of us went to the Island. It was on our way back that a commercial bus hit the bike that we boarded and she fell, hitting her head on the ground.

Flamboyant TV presenter and fashion icon, Denrele Edun, has replaced Kokomaster, Dbanj as the co-host of Lip Sync Battle Africa.
Denrele took over officially from Dbanj who was the season one host. Now that Dbanj’s contract is over, Denrele is now in the big picture.
The popular Tv show is to continue without Dbanj who also co-hosted with South African actress, Pearl Thusi. As the season two of Lip Sync Battle Africa premieres on MTV Base come April 6, 2017.

Former President Goodluck Jonathan has endorsed Ali Modu Sheriff as the National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
But the party’s key stakeholders, including governors, the Board of Trustees members, National Assembly Caucus and former ministers have passed a vote of confidence in the Ahmed Makarfi led Caretaker Committee.
The endorsement by Jonathan came amid protests by the Makarfi led Caretaker Committee and other critical organs of the party against the Appeal Court’s ruling that affirmed Sheriff’s position as chairman.
While receiving Sheriff and members of his team at his Maitama, Abuja, residence on Monday, Jonathan who kept addressing Sheriff as “my chairman,” said there are no factions in the party.
