Making the ‘chessy chicken sandwich’ could be easily executed with few tips highlighted by Chef Miyonse who prepared it for breakfast on #WakeUpNigeria.
The ingredients include:
1. Cut the vegetables: bell pepper, onions and the habanero.
2.Pan stir the chicken breast with the seasoning (salt, black pepper,Italian spice & spanish spice (adubo)) till the outside is golden and the inside is tender and juicy.
3. Fry your vegetables with a little of vegetable oil for 3-5 minutes till its cooked down.
4. Mix your cocktail sauce, a mixture of mill and ketchup.
5.Finally to layering the bread, the sauce made of ketchup and mayonnaise is used to butter the bread, the cooked vegetables are added, along side lettuce.
