How to prepare ‘Yam and Chicken Veggie Pottage’

INGREDIENTS:
Garlic
Salt
Sugar
seasoning
Green pepper
Vegetable oil
Blended pepper
Yam
Carrot
Onions
Chicken
Tomatoes
Spring Onions
For the Chicken:
– Wash your chicken (chicken breast)
– Cut into cubes and put in a bowl,
– Pour oil into your pan then turn on the heat.
– Put the chicken into the hot pan with oil and stir
– Add salt and garlic
– Stir to avoid uneven brownness
– Add your seasoning to the chicken and continue to stir.
-When the chicken is stirred nice and looks golden brown, add the chopped vegetables.
For the Yam:
– Cut your yam into your preferred size and run through water.
– Pour the yam into boiling water on the cooker
– Allow to boil for about 15 minutes
– Add your blended pepper
– Then cover and allow to boil for a while
– When the yam is boiled for approximately 25 minutes you pour in your stir fried chicken
– Stir the boiled yam and chicken veggie together till it’s cooked.
