The necessary Ingredients are:
Cassava Flakes (Abacha)
Shredded Chicken Breast
Green and Yellow Bell Pepper
Marinated Chicken Wings
The recipe is just as simple as making fried rice…the first thing to do is to heat up the groundnut oil
Fry the onions, then the ginger and garlic.
Next is the peppers and after adding the peppers, add the seasoning cubes. The Gino cubes contain herbs and spices that are nutritious and very healthy.
The shrimps should come next followed by the yellow pepper, chili pepper, sweet corn and then, salt and soy sauce.
After this, is the star ingredient – the already rinsed-in-warm water cassava flakes.
After a while, add the green bell peppers and then the spring onions.
Don’t add the green bell peppers earlier than this stage, else it darkens the color of the meal.
Now, fry your plantain.
