Abandoned Baby rescued from Bush

A baby that was abandoned in the bush was being feasted on by insects and animalks in South Africa until she got rescued. Thankfully, the child has been rescued alive and is being well cared for. The child's body has animal bites and scars, showing what she went through while alone in the bush. Youth Corper Dies After Falling Off Commercial Bus In Lagos State

Akhigbe Nuel Odiase, a recent law graduate, was in a bus plying the LASU-Isheri road when he fell from the moving vehicle at about 9:45pm on the night of April 15, 2019. He sustained a severe head injury from the accident and was rushed to the nearby Alimosho General Hospital, Igando, where he was given first aid treatment. Death Sentence Pronounced for People who Kidnapped a Deaconess in Akwa Ibom

Three policemen and four others have been sentenced to death by hanging by an Akwa Ibom High Court for kidnapping a woman, Deaconess Ime Ekanem in 2012. The criminals were taken to court by the police after being apprehended while trying to collect a ransom of N1.8 million from the victim after the crime had been committed. According to the court papers, the defendants are Cpl Emmanuel Charlie, Ekaette Moses, Fidelis Jeremiah, Cpl Bassey Sunday (377812), PC Mfon Bassey (478463), Ndu Johnny, Unyime Etukakpan, and Itohowo Akpakwa, worked closely with a friend of the victim to commit the crime. A Kenyan Police station was broken into on Tuesday night by thieves as all officers on duty abandoned their post to go watch the UEFA Champions League matches Barcelona vs Manchester United and Juventus vs Ajax Amsterdam. According to Nairobi News, the incident happened at the Kamworon Police Post in Aldai, Nandi County.
