TVC E. Amara Nwankwo, wife of ex-Nigerian international, Kanu Nwankwo has revealed why she got married at the age of 18.
She disclosed that she was so in love with the ex-Arsenal legend to consider her age when she got the marriage proposal.
In an interview with Punch, she said, "I wasn’t scared; I felt it like it was the best thing that could have happened to me. I was in love, so there was no time for a negative feeling like fear to come up. I think the love I had and still have for my husband was all I needed to feel comfortable and good."

A former Super Eagles captain Kanu Nwankwo has said the current leadership of the Nigeria Football Federation led by Amaju Pinnick has failed the country.
