Nollywood movie, ‘Fifty’ to return as TV series

TVC E, MOVIE - The prayer of those lamenting inability to get enough of Dakore Egbuson, Nse Ikpe-Etim, Omoni Oboli and Ireti Doyle in "Fifty," has been answered as the hit 2015 movie is set to return as a TV series. The 2015 hit Nollywood movie which broke box  office records and had lots of people talking, is coming back screens as a TV series. The EbonyLife TV production which emerged the highest ever weekend for a Nigerian film with 20 million Naira in a holiday weekend, is set for production in the fourth quarter 2016. The series will follow the plot of movie which chronicles the lives of four fifty-year old women living in Lagos. There has been no details on returning cast.
