Shameless man dock for raping neighbour’s minor

TVC E - A 30-year-old man, David Daniel, has been arraigned before an Ikeja Magistrates' Court sitting in Ogba, for allegedly raping his co-tenant’s nine-year-old daughter. The alleged rape was said to have taken place at the residence where Daniel lived with the girl's parents on Ogunjimi Street, Moricas, Agege, area of the state. His crime was discovered when the victim's mother had noticed that the minor’s private parts were swollen but thought she had an infection. The female lawyer –Yewande Oyeniran who allegedly murdered her husband , Lowo Oyeniran, in cold blood at their Akobo residence in ibadan on February the 2nd , 2016 was on Tuesday the 16th 2016 re-arraigned before a Chief Magistrate’s Court in Iyanganku but taken back to Agodi prison shortly after she was brought in. Woman arraigned for pouring hot water on neighbour

TVCE [IKEJA] - A Lagos State Magistrates’ Court, Ikeja, on Thursday granted a N500,000 bail to Esther Williams, who allegedly poured hot water on her neighbour, Mabel Enwongomfon-Umoh, who is a nursing mother. It would be recalled that Williams had on Tuesday been arraigned on one count bordering on the offence, said to be contrary to and punishable under Section 243 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, Vol. 44, No. 2, 2011.  She was accused of unlawfully causing Enwongomfon-Umoh grievous bodily harm.
